so, this is the week when things don't happen...
there will be no Eurojust internship...
and i just found out that i failed my last Dutch exam - retake: Aug 24th

today's the deadline for the Refugee Law paper and I'm still on page 1 now...
and by Sunday I gotta finish the Formation of States paper or else I'll have no time for the IELNLO retake next Thursday....

my return ticket home is August 26th.

this week's fun: one piece Internationaal Strafrecht exam on Wed & my Dutch (Pre-Intermediate) exam yesterday evening
today: fun (with doctor's bills) & movies (Nip/Tuck, 1st season, episodes 1-5)

last week: we got to see these 3 movies together, while I was in Lisboa: Man of the Year, Eragon & Bridge to Therabithia. I can easily assert the first to be quite good (my confidence in Robin Williams remains unshaken) though the latter two felt a bit like a waste of time... which I cannot say about 300 - since I was laughing my belly off!!


mood: am still waiting for Eurojust's email. Europol went silent & the 29th of June symposium might not happen, after all - yet this is to be seen on Monday. so, am a bit inpatient, I might say

status quo: preparations for the Refugee Law paper & some 3 more exams to come. and the extra-bonus: my thesis

on my mind: reorganizing my surroundings & the fact that June is here indeed!

many things happened again and i, again, couldn't tell them all...
i was really happy about Corin's visit last week! - just that it felt terribly short & my time too little...
and, of course, i got really happy about seeing Lisbon! on Sun we went to the Book Fair, on Mon to his school, on Tue shopping for my new shoes, on Wed to the opening of a painting exhibition! very nice & sweet - very very brief!

and now: Happy Child's Day for yesterday!! :)

and back to exams!
